Asahi Infra`s GDR issue subscribes for 299.1 million shares

Asahi Infrastructure & Projects announced that the company`s Global Depository Receipts (GDRs) issue has subscribed for 299.1 million shares.
The company added that the GDRs are listed at Luxemburg Stock Exchange.

Bharti inks pact with Alcatel Lucent
