Ashok Leyland gains on JV with John Deere

Shares of Ashok Leyland are trading at Rs 32.10, up Rs 1, or 3.22% at the Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) on Tuesday at 10:41 a.m.
The company has completed the formation of a joint venture (JV) with the US-based agriculture equipment maker John Deere for manufacturing and marketing construction equipment.
The scrip has touched an intra-day high of Rs 32.25 and low of Rs 31.00. The total volume of shares traded at the BSE is 324,155.
In the earlier session, the shares declined 8.66%, or Rs 2.95, at Rs 31.10.
