Austral Coke & Projects today said that the company through its wholly owned Singapore based subsidiary company Global Astra has acquired 50% stake in Osho Gremach Mining (OGML), Mozambique.
OGML is engaged (or proposes to engage) in the coal mining business in Mozambique.
The company is engaged in the manufacture and sale of coke and refractory products, and in the business of equipment rentals and textile trading.
